Jeffrey Yarbrough (Liberty) teamed up with Tom Chawana (Nandina), Lam Promwanrat (Jasmine), and Kitti Lirtpanaruk (New York restaurateur with 20-plus Thai restaurants) to open this pocketbook-friendly Thai place in Victory Park. Liberty fans will recognize Annie Wong's coconut chicken soup and spicy noodles. Papaya salad with shreds of carrot, flecks of chili pepper, and peanuts, is a hot-and-tasty treat. Most menu items hover around $10, and no glass of wine is more than $9. We'll drink to that.
