The Ticket’s Gordon Keith turned us on to this burger joint hidden inside a Shell station in Far North Dallas. It opens early in the morning, and nearby residents stop in for breakfast tacos. At some point in the day, the full hand-painted menu kicks in, and the griddle is packed with hand-formed burger patties. We suggest medium rare with an extra slice of cheese.
