Ingredients
5 fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend tomatoes, vinegar, garlic, and basil in food processor or blender until liquid. With blender running, drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth.
