Marty’s Lobster Salad

Profile

Serves 4

Ingredients
2 cups cooked lobster meat
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. tarragon, finely chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and combine gently until moistened. Do not over mix. Chill and serve. Best served over greens or with your favorite crackers.
