Ingredients
1 French baguette
1 cup cooked black-eyed peas
2 garlic cloves
1 small tomato
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
Slice baguette into ¼-inch slices and toast. Purée ingredients in food processor, then slowly add olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Spread on toast.
