Serves 2-4

Ingredients
2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chicken or beef bouillon
1/2-1 tsp. white pepper
2-3 tsp. flour (to thicken)
1/8 tsp. salt (or to taste)
¼ cup tequila
A good dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions
Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic to bouillon simmering in large skillet. Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Reduce slightly. Add tequila and cook until slightly reduced. Thicken with flour. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Pairs well with veal ravioli.
