Dr. Evans is an alumnus of Dartmouth College and a graduate of Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his ob/gyn residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital, is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy, and an associate clinical professor at UT Southwestern Medical School.
