Dr. Bulger and the physicians of Southwest Pain Group offer a comprehensive full-time pain medicine clinic, as well as injection therapies at multiple centers for patients in Dallas, Richardson, Addison, Plano, Frisco and Irving area.

Dr. Bulger attended the prestigious Mayo Medical School and completed a Pain Management Fellowship at Penn State. He is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the ABMS.
He is a recognized expert in Discography, and has lectured locally and nationally on his refinement of this technique. Dr. Bulger is called upon by many of the prominent spine surgeons in the Metroplex for assistance with the management and treatment of complex spinal pain, as well as other pain syndromes.
Dr. Bulger has been in private practice since 1986, and has been selected as Best Doctor in Dallas by D Magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. He is a D Magazine Medical Expert on the topic of Pain Management.
