Dr. Frazier opened TARPON P.A. so that patients could receive the care they need at one convenient location. A cohesive medical team guides patients through the process of obtaining a clear diagnosis and definitive treatment plan.

Dr. Frazier completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M, obtained his M.D. from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, and completed his specialty training at the Stanford University Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program, where he was elected chief resident. He has instructed physicians from around the world on precision spinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

He is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine. Dr. Frazier was a member of a faculty instructional staff for ten years instructing doctors, domestic and international, on disk access and treatment using ORATEC Spine Catheter system and equipment to perform Intradiscal Electrothermal Annuloplasty for discogenic pain.

Dr. Frazier is a lifelong Texan and has been married for 18 years to his lovely wife, Sarah, who is an occupational therapist. They have two children, Lewis and Anna, as well as a golden retriever and a mutt. Dr. Frazier loves to fish, especially fly fishing for trout and pond fishing for bass.
