Originally from the Fort Worth area, Dr. Chi V. Trieu of Lovers Lane Dental Associates has had an active interest in the field of dentistry since the age of 16. In fact, her first summer job was working as a surgical assistant at an Oral Surgeon's office while in high school.
After earning a B.A. in Biology at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Trieu moved forward with her career plans in Dallas. Dr. Trieu graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry - Texas A&M University with a D.D.S. degree in 1999 and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate in 2000. She has also studied Advanced Restorative Esthetics through Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Trieu is an active member with the Dallas County Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She has been awarded the President's Award in 2003 from Dallas County Dental Society as well as the New Dentist Award in 2005.
Dr. Trieu has sat on the Board of Directors for her local dental society, DCDS, and has been recognized by D Magazine in 2007, and 2015, to the present day. As well as Texas Monthly since 2008. Dr. Trieu has been honored with the status of Fellow from the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Trieu and Lovers Lane Dental Associates specialize in all aspects of General Family Dentistry as well as Cosmetic Dentistry and Veneers.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Trieu enjoys spending time with her three sons and husband. She enjoys traveling and cooking, and when the time permits, she enjoys reading.
