We were sure we were whipped into shape after just one session. Prepare for an hour of slow, deliberate movements that get your muscles working overtime. Despite the fact that there is a barre, this is not a class for ballerinas. A combination of free weights and floor work is paired with equipment on the barre for an all-over body burn.
