Private Social can be as much a sophisticated nightlife affair as it is a culinary experience. The lounge area, dubbed Social, features shared plates and a casual vibe right for sharing a bottle of wine or cocktail. Celebrity chef Tiffany Derry gets points for her Top Chef pork buns and duck-fat-fried chicken. However, the quality many dishes such as sweetbreads in a memorable ham broth scented with braised radishes and hand made pasta covered with a sherry cream sauce with tart cherries is inconsistent.
