Alphonso Estrada, a native of Tinguindin, Mexico, has operated his Dallas art studio is one locale or another since 1977. After a run in the heart of the Arts District, the studio packed up and moved further down Ross Avenue in late 2007. Inside, Estrada displays many of his own works of art, often depicting images of his heritage. But Estrada Studios doesn’t focus solely on Latino art; oils, pastels, watercolors, photography, and other works by a slew of artists are also on display. The studio is perhaps best known for its framing services, offering a wide selection of ready-made frames for pictures, posters, paintings, and more.
