Profile
In 1988, Bob Schutze founded a gallery in the Design District with the intention of providing his clients with a distinctive collection. Beaux Arts is known for carrying rare maps and antiquarian prints, some of which date back to the 16th century. These prints were often designed for nobility, depicting images of landscapes, architecture, plants, and animals, and the attention to detail is hard to duplicate. Selections of oil paintings, watercolors, vintage posters, and other works on paper are also available on occasion. In addition, Beaux Arts provides services in art appraisal, restoration, conservation, and framing.
